Reservation & Payment Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
  • Final guest counts must be confirmed at least one week prior to your party.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file one week before the event based on your finalized guest count.
  • If you prefer to update your guest count or use a different payment method, please contact us before the one-week deadline to finalize attendance numbers and submit your final payment.
  • Failure to provide updated guest counts before the deadline may result in charges based on the most recent reservation details.

Important: The $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total party balance.
